Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs It is the policy of Clayton National to establish, implement, and maintain effective quality assurance and quality control programs that support compliance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Quality is the condition achieved when an item, service or process meets or exceeds the users' requirements and expectations. Quality is achieved through the use of planning, procedures, suitable tools & equipment, proper definition of project requirements, skilled personnel, supervision and technical direction. Quality is achieved through dedication. Clayton National is proud that through dedication and professionalism we have achieved the status of being the FIRST AND ONLY contractor to attain UL Certification in the Qualified Contractor Program as well as being the FIRST AND ONLY specialized fireproofing contractor in the US with programs for the nuclear safety-related industry.

NUCLEAR Specific services are provided under supplementary quality assurance programs. For example, for U.S. clients involved in nuclear safety-related work, Clayton National maintains an audited 10 CFR 50 Appendix B / NQA-1a-1995 program and DOE O 414.1C program. THESE PROGRAMS ARE OPERATIONAL AND HAVE BEEN AUDITED AND EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTED ON CLAYTON NATIONAL CONTRACTED NUCLEAR PROJECTS. We understand that you are one of our clients in the total quality process of performing a job. Our goal is to provide you and all of our clients with a product that has zero defects. We consider all of our communication and interactions with you, and strive to deliver them in a quality manner. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL As a minimum, all work installed by Clayton National is performed to meet the requirements of our Management System Manual. The program is designed around the project management methodology, customized to the needs of each project to ensure an appropriate level of quality management. Supporting technical work is controlled through documented procedures. Quality is maintained through regular review, independent verification, frequent internal audits and annual UL Certification.
